Report to : Deputy General Manager

- Lead and manage domestic sales force to achieve sales targets in South Region

- Implement sales policies and strategies in South Region to ensure all are consistent with the companys long term objectives

- Find new business opportunities and establish cooperation with customers and dealers for the sales in South Region

- Ensure all the sales activities in South Region are compliance with legal requirement and companys regulations

- Participate in regional sales manager business review meeting on quarterly basis

- Prepare sales forecast, establish sales targets and monitor the performance of South Region against these targets

-Analyze and report about the local market sitiuation and requirements in the UPS field

- Oversee and monitor the sales cost and effectiveness of sales activities to optimize resources and sales expenses in South Region

- Develop and manage sales channels and networks in South Region

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with channel partners in South Region

- Support marketing promotions and activities in South Region

- Manage and coach sales engineers in South Region

-This position needs to be available for business trips frequently.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above education background in Industrial Automation and Electrical Engineering

- Aged between 28 to 40 years old

- 5+ years working experience in sales and sales management

- Sales management skills and people development skills

- Strong understandings on markets and channels of the products

- Experienced in big projects sales, customer oriented

- Excellent innovation spirit

- Good communication and team work

- Good learning ability.
